Oak Ridge

Three. Oak Ridge
///songs.valid.lofts

Once you take a detour along Chaddesley Road and the newly cut Hallow Close, you find yourself on Oakridge Road, a near-enough shadow to the old boundary path. Oakridge Road is also relatively new, and was completed sometime after 2005. A map from the 1970s shows the old boundary path it follows, fringed with a line of trees. Perhaps they were oaks and on felling them it was decided to mark their passing in the road name.
