Collage Poems: The Importance of Books

This is a workshop I ran during the lunchtime respite between the morning and afternoon Library Awareness Walks on Saturday 11 May 2024.

There was an hour between the walks, and lunch was to be eaten too, so I'm so pleased with the poems that the people taking part produced in such a short time. They could make either a haiku or a longer free-form poem about what they felt was important about libraries and the worlds contained in the books within.
